Register for the Walk A Million Miles 2025 event by choosing your entry category—Free or Premium (RM30)—and begin your walking journey from 1 September - 31 October 2025.

Step 1:
Purchase NESTLÉ OMEGA products worth RM30 and above in a single receipt. (Valid from 15 July to 15 October 2025)
Step 2:
Upload a clear photo of the receipt onto this form as a proof of purchase.
Step 3:
Once your entry are verified, a promo code will be sent to your WhatsApp number within 3 working days.
Step 4:
Download the BookDoc app --> Join the challenge --> Select "Premium Entry" --> Fill in your details --> Enter the promo code at the payment page to get FREE Premium Entry.
