  • 20 Sticks Beancurd Skin
  • 150 Grams Chicken Breast
  • 100 Grams Prawns
  • 3 Tablespoons MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, White
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  • 2 Tablespoons Tapioca Flour
  • 20 Grams Chestnut, Chinese
  • 20 Grams Carrot (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Chopped Shallots
  • 2 Tablespoons Chinese Celery (chopped)
  • 100 Grams Onion, small/ Shallot
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Sambal Tumis
  • 40 Mililliters Water, Tap, Drinking
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 60 Grams MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce

Step 01.

Chopped or blend ingredients A and fold in ingredients B until well combined.

Step 02.

Place the soft bean curd in the plate and Scoop 1 tablespoon of the meat paste.

Spread evenly on the bean curd. Place 1 prawn and roll up. Repeat until all prawn is finished. Set aside.
