Step 01.

Chopped or blend chicken, prawns with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, white pepper, MAGGI® CukupRasa and tapioca flour. Then mix well with chesnuts, carrots, shallots and chinese celery. and fold in ingredients B until well combined.

For wrapping, place the soft bean curd in the plate and scoop 1 tablespoon of the meat paste.

Spread evenly on the bean curd. Place 1 prawn and roll up. Repeat until all prawn is finished. Set aside.

For the dipping sauce, separately, mix onions, MAGGI® Sambal Tumis, lime juice, water and MAGGI® Thai Chilli sauce in a bowl, until well combined.

Fry the prawn until cooked and crispy and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
