Ingredients

  • 3 Slices Chicken Breast
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Flour
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, without salt
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 5 Grams Curry Leaf
  • 3 Units Bird's Eye Chilli
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Step 01.

  • Chicken Breast
  • MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and mix it with <a href="https://www.maggi.my/en/our-products/maggi-cukuprasa/">MAGGI® CukupRasa™</a>.

  • Flour

Heat up some oil in a wok. Prepare two bowls: mix flour and corn flour in one, and beat some eggs in another.

Dip the chicken in flour, then dip it in egg and then flour again. Deep fry until golden brown, and repeat until the chicken is finished.

Prepare the butter sauce. Heat up a pan and add in butter, garlic, curry leaves and bird's eye chilli. Stir fry until fragrant.
