Easy Stir Fried Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Chilli Paste
  • 100 Grams Minced Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 400 Grams Macaroni
  • 30 Grams Onion
  • 30 Grams Garlic
  • 80 Grams Mustard Greens (Sawi)
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Oil

Step 01.

  • Macaroni

In a pot, blanch the pasta.

Step 02.

Strain and run cold water over the pasta to cool it completely.

Next, toss it with 1 tablespoon of oil.

After setting the pasta aside, proceed to heat up a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil into it.

When the oil is heated, sauté the onion, garlic and dried chilli paste until fragrant.

Next, add in the minced beef or any preferred type of meat. Stir it and allow it to cook thoroughly.
