  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 Cup Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder​
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Step 01.

10 min

Mix flours, sugar, and salt in a bowl.​

Step 02.

10 min

Add vanilla essence to Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder, pour into dry mixture, and stir. Adjust the batter by adding some water (if needed).​

Step 03.

5 min

Heat oil; then add mould in oil to heat up.​

Step 04.

15 min

Dip the hot mould in the batter, then into the hot oil to cook. The batter will automatically detach from the mould.​

Step 05.

15 min

Fry till golden & drain excess oil.
