- 5 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Ghee
- 1 Tablespoon Oil for kneading
- 2 Tablespoons Full Cream UHT Milk mixed with 1 tbsp yogurt
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Ghee for air-frying
- 1 Teaspoon Pistachio, chopped
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Directions
Step 01.

Boil sugar, water, and cardamom until sticky. Then, turn off the heat and add rosewater, leave it aside.

Mix flour, Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder, baking soda into a bowl.

Then, add ghee. Add 1 ½ tbsp yogurt & UHT milk mixture to the flour.

Form into a dough (add more of the yogurt/milk mixture if needed).

Grease your hands with some ghee & roll the dough into small balls.

Air fry: 175°C for 10-15 mins, grease the balls with some ghee when turning for uniform browning.
