Ingredients

  • 120 Grams Butter, melted
  • 150 Grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 180 Grams All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 200 Grams KITKAT 2F Fingers, roughly chopped

Step 01.

Melt the butter and let it cool down a bit. Chop the KITKAT 2F Fingers roughly and set aside.

Add the sugar and melted butter to a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix in. Combine the All-purpose flour with baking soda, and salt and add to the large bowl – mix until just combined.

Add the chopped KITKAT and milk chocolate chips and fold in. Place the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.

Use two tablespoons and place pieces of dough with enough space in between on the baking sheet – the cookies spread a bit.

Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes – the edges of the cookies should be firm and gotten some color

Take out of the oven and let cool down for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool down completely. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
