  • 2 Tablespoons Nescafé® GOLD coffee powder
  • 300 Mililliters Boiling Water
  • 250 Grams Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 250 Mililliters Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 Pieces Savoiardi / Ladyfinger Biscuits
  • 101.5 Grams KITKAT Dark Chocolate Bar, crushed in small pieces

Step 01.

Mix Nescafé Gold Coffee with boiling water in a small bowl until dissolved. Set aside to cool down completely.

Step 02.

Whisk light cream cheese for 1 minute.

Step 03.

3 min

In another bowl, whisk whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract until it's just soft.

Step 04.

2 min

Add whisked cream cheese into whipped cream mixture. Whisk together until soft peaks form.

Step 05.

Scoop the cream into a piping bag and set it aside.

Step 06.

5 min

Break savoiardi biscuits into halves to fit the base of cup and dip into cold coffee.

Step 07.

Lay 2 coffee-soaked biscuit pieces into base of cup. Pipe a layer of cream over the biscuit.

Step 08.

Repeat the biscuit and cream layering.

Step 09.

Decorate the top with cream.

Crush KITKAT Dark into small pieces and placed it over the cream top.
