Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Large Prawns
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 500 Mililliters Cooking Oil for deep frying
  • 200 Mililliters NESTLÉ® OMEGA PLUS UHT Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
  • 3 Stalk Red Chilies
  • 20 Pieces Curry Leaf
  • 3 Cloves Garlic

Step 01.

Prep prawns by removing the veins, and pat really dry.

Step 02.

Add white pepper and salt to prawns. Toss to combine.

Then, mix in corn flour until all prawns are well-coated.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry prawns until golden and crunchy. Place on paper towel to drain off excess oil.

In a wok/pan on low heat, melt butter. Add curry leaves and chilies; sauté until fragrant for about 90 seconds. Add garlic and stir briefly without browning.
