Step 01.

For the crust layer preparation, beat the mixuture of digestive biscuit, Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original and 55g of castor sugar with a food processor.

Add the melted butter and flatten it into the cheesecake tin.

To prepare the cream cheese filling, beat together the cream cheese, 40g of condensed milk, vanilla essence and 100g of castor sugar until smooth.

Dissolve gelatine in a small bowl with hot or boiling water. Let it be cool down.

Slowly pour the dissolved gelatine into cream cheese mixture.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk whipping cream until soft.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese batter.

Finally, to prepare for the topping, beat the whipping cream in mixer bowl with 150g condensed milk, and 350g of Nestlé® Nestum® All Family Cereal Original till mixture all well blended in.
