  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 4 Pieces Pollock / Dory Fillets
  • 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 350 Mililliters Water
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Unit Gherkin

Step 01.

  • Russet Potatoes
  • Oil
  • MAGGI® CukupRasa™

Cut potato into thin wedges, sprinkle oil and MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.

Step 02.

  • MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
  • Water
  • Pollock / Dory Fillets
  • Self-Rising Flour

Slice fish into large chunks and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together flour, water and one MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube. Whisk the batter until it is completely smooth and free of any lumps.

Dip fish into batter, then roll in breadcrumbs. Pan-fry until golden brown.

Mix together the ingredients for the tartar sauce and serve up with fries and fish.
