Step 01.

Mix flours, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Step 02.

Add vanilla essence to Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder, pour into dry mixture, and stir. Adjust the batter by adding some water (if needed).

Heat oil; then add mould in oil to heat up.
Step 04.

Dip the hot mould in the batter, then into the hot oil to cook. The batter will automatically detach from the mould.

Fry till golden & drain excess oil.
