Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder​
  • 5 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil for kneading
  • 2 Tablespoons Full Cream UHT Milk mixed with 1 tbsp yogurt​
  • A pinch of Baking Soda​
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Ghee for air-frying​
  • 1 Teaspoon Pistachio, chopped
  • 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Directions

Step 01.

10 min

Boil sugar, water, and cardamom until sticky. Then, turn off the heat and add rosewater, leave it aside.​

Step 02.

5 min

Mix flour, Nestlé® EveryDay® Milk Powder, baking soda into a bowl.

Step 03.

10 min

Then, add ghee. Add 1 ½ tbsp yogurt & UHT milk mixture to the flour.​

Step 04.

15 min

Form into a dough (add more of the yogurt/milk mixture if needed).

Step 05.

5 min

Grease your hands with some ghee & roll the dough into small balls. ​

Step 06.

10 min

Air fry: 175°C for 10-15 mins, grease the balls with some ghee when turning for uniform browning​.

Step 07.

20 min

Soak Jamun balls in warm sugar syrup for 20 mins.
